Eden Community Care offers a variety of group programs aimed at different hobbies, frequently introducing new activities. Our programs are designed to the participants requirements, providing choices for activities in both center and community settings.
OUR GROUP ACTIVITIES COULD REACH THE FOLLOWING OUTCOMES:
- A network of friends and peers is formed naturally
- By becoming familiar with your community and its opportunities
- By exploring new interests and learning new skills

NDIS Group Activities, Eden Community Care
The NDIS is there to back up Group Activities. This brings us together under the goal of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), aimed at enhancing the lives of every Australian dealing with severe and lasting disabilities, as well as their caregivers, family, and friends. After becoming a quality care provider, we take pride in being recognized in the sector.
By assisting participants in finding and paying for group or center-based activities that link them to their community, we empower them to have more say in their plans. NDIS participants and their caregivers are connected to community resources that will most benefit them, and we guide them through understanding all aspects of their NDIS plans.
