Assist Access/Maintain Employment

People and teams that get help at work can use expert connections to find and reach out to employers. The Assist Access/Maintain Employement program is designed to help workers keep their jobs after they start.

Those who have already landed a job before joining the NDIS are also eligible for assistance.

The NDIS participants can also get help with job training to learn important skills for success in today’s job market. These skills include crafting resumes and interviewing.

Moreover, participants receive help in setting job and career objectives and reaching them. The program aims to get as much help from employers as possible, offering on-site training and other initiatives to help employees achieve their maximum potential.
